CLMA's 2025 Annual General Meeting Highlights, Introducing New Board

September 23, Ottawa - The Canadian Live Music Association (CLMA) celebrated its 11th year at its Annual General Meeting on September 23rd.

During the meeting, the CLMA shared its 2024-25 Annual Report, reviewing operations and activities over the past year and highlighting priorities for 2025-26.

The AGM included the election of the 2025-26 Board of Directors (incumbent Directors marked with an asterisk). We welcome the following Directors to the 2025-26 Board:

  • Marc Gertner* - Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, Live Nation Canada (Toronto, ON)

  • André Guérette* - Vice President, Paquin Artists Agency (Toronto, ON)

  • Shannon Josdal - Executive Director, Saskatchewan Jazz Festival (Saskatoon, SK)

  • Vanessa Leong - Chief Operating Officer, Rifflandia Festival (Victoria, BC)

  • Victoria Lord* - President, Victoria Lord Public Relations (Toronto, ON)

  • Dan Moulton* - Partner, Crestview Strategy (Toronto, ON)

  • Colby Pridham - Director, Business Development, Events East Group (Halifax, NS)

The CLMA also proudly welcomes its new Executive Committee for the 2025-26 year:

  • Nate Sabine, Chair - Director of Business Development, Blueprint

  • Tricia Siliphant, Vice-Chair - Sr Director Venue Programming at MLSE

  • Jon Weisz, Vice-Chair - Founding Director at Indie Montréal

  • Marc Gertner, Treasurer - Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, Live Nation Canada

  • Dan Moulton, Secretary - Partner, Crestview Strategy

  • André Guérette, Member-at-Large - Vice President, Paquin Artists Agency

This year, the CLMA bids farewell to three Board Directors: Tarun Nayar, Chair, Kerry Clarke, Director, and Miro Oballa, Director. Tarun, Kerry, and Miro have served on the Board for 6 years and have been vital to its position as the voice of the live music industry. The association sincerely thanks them for their volunteerism and leadership.
