For this latest Live U session, the CLMA partnered with "Do.Did.Will: The Story of People Podcast" to host Tamsin Embleton, author of "Touring and Mental Health: The Music Industry Manual" and founder of the Music Industry Therapist Collective (MITC). In this conversation Brent and Tamsin reflect on the high demands of live music touring. The discussion highlights practical strategies and resources to help those working in the entertainment industry identify, process, and manage the various physical and psychological difficulties that can occur on the road or as a result of touring.
